Diane
Kramer, Partner and Founder of PeakSkills Learning Systems,
and President of PeakSkills eLearning is committed to empowering
organizations and individuals to transform to high levels
of excellence.
Her vast experience as a trainer, coach and designer of breakthrough
programs has won her wide acclaim, including securing three
LISA awards for PeakSkills Learning Systems and nine LIPA/KeySpan
R&D Initiative Awards. She is a 2007 recipient of the
Long Island Achievers Award, presented by the Long Island
Center for Business and Professional Women.
Diane Kramer started her career as an organizational development
consultant after receiving her Ph.D. in Cognitive and Organizational
Psychology with highest honors from New York University. Over
35 years, she has demonstrated expertise as consultant, coach,
trainer, professor, technologist and entrepreneur.
In 1990, she started an Entrepreneurial Business Development
Center for displaced LI engineers, with one million dollars
from the Federal Department of Labor. The Entrepreneurial
Center developed 83 new technology businesses in two years.
From 1992 to the present, she has been led PeakSkills Learning
Systems, a training and technology company. The training division
is successfully presenting ‘Extraordinary Self’
programs of transformation throughout the United States.
Dr. Kramer is the author of The Creativity Game, a book on
creative-problem-solving.
