Dr. Diane Kramer is President of PeakSkills Learning Systems, founded in 1992.

PeakSkills Learning Systems is dedicated to empowering organizations and individuals to transform to high levels of excellence. We do that by providing training and coaching to companies, government agencies, healthcare institutions and educational organizations.

Clients have included General Electric, San Francisco Airport, Barnes and Noble, SunGlass Hut, Santa Clara Health System, Con Edison, KeySpan Energy and the World Health Organization.

PeakSkills Learning Systems has won three LISA awards for its training and elearning programs and nine R&D Initiative Awards from KeySpan Energy for its training programs. PeakSkills Learning Systems is a founding member of LISTNET.

PeakSkills Learning Systems is home to the ‘Extraordinary Self’ Program. Dr. Kramer is the founder of that program and heads its’ development team. The ‘Extraordinary Self’ Program leads participants to develop peak performance skills modeled from ‘Peak Performers who “continually reach Breakthrough Outcomes while continuously feeling good about themselves and living by ethical values.”
